I have a few things going on so I thought I'd separate the blogs in case anyone would like to comment on anything. Hint hint hint.
One of my good friends also has a blog going on where he gives really good advice, talks about buy and selling houses, and just general life stuff. He's a pretty smart, and nice guy.
